| DESCRIP- TION | The Chemin de fer de l’Outaouais (Outaouais Railway) is a model that represents four scales of model trains running O scale, S scale and HO scale on which On30 trains can also run. On the model, there is a section with buildings that correspond to S scale. At the centre and at the other end, the buildings correspond mostly to O scale. There is a quarry with construction vehicles and lights, a large control tower and a small one, a fire station, 2 train stations, a school under construction, a service station, a motel, a church with the presbytery and the cemetery, a snack bar, a playground, 4 residences and street lights. The purpose of the model is to demonstrate that more than one scale of trains and rails can be installed to run several trains in a decor that looks appropriate to them |
