to the third annual Capital Region Model Railway Tour – Saturday, 19 October 2019,  9am-5pm*.

Once again, local modellers have offered to open their layouts for the day and host visitors who would like to see what model railroading is all about. This self-guided tour is open to everyone interested in learning more about the hobby of model railroading, whether you want to get ideas to build your own layout, or just like looking at trains.

Check out the Tour Stops page, for new layouts and those you may not have been able to visit last year (or just revisit some of your favourites).

Registration starts at 8:45 am, Saturday, October 19, at St. Anthony’s Banquet Hall, 523 St Anthony St, in the basement meeting room (follow the signs).   Cost is $10 per person; under 16 free.

We encourage you to also visit the new Aylmer Model Train Show page.  The show will be two weeks before the Tour, on 5-6 October 2019.  At the Alymer show,  you will be able to register in advance  for the Tour, which allows you to skip registration at St. Anthony’s Banquet Hall on October 19 and go straight to visiting the layouts.
